Six people tested positive for COVID within 14 days of attending the concert, but the infection rate among attendees was half that of people of the same age who became infected in Barcelona during this period. 

Moreover, four of these people had been infected elsewhere, leading them to conclude that the concert was not the cause of transmission.

The legendary Burning Man festival has been canceled for the second year in a row due to coronavirus pandemic.

The organizers announced the decision on Instagram.

According to the website, participants will be able to "wander through virtual worlds", immerse themselves in virtual reality and chat with strangers in regular and voice chats.

Online Burning Man will take place from August 21 to September 5, 2021.

Pasquale announced that the festival will move its dates to a later summer from 27 to 28 August.

“Although California announced a full reopening on June 15, due to a lack of clarity as to what a“ full reopening” might actually mean, I decided it was safest to postpone Beyond Wonderland SoCal until our first backup date on August 27 and 28 2021.
