User Agreement for DJane Mag

The agreement below describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our service available under the domain https://djanemag.com. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms of service, please do not sign up.

You must read, agree to, and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this user agreement, including the conduct agreement and privacy policy, before becoming a listed DJ with DJane Mag.

We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time by posting the updated terms on our website.

Profile Features

All profiles include:

• No booking commissions
• Direct booking for events
• Space for your DJ mixes and audio samples
• A unique DJ profile page
• DJ photos, videos, and news
• Information about upcoming events, release dates, and performances

1. Your Account

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform us immediately if you believe your password has been compromised or if it is being used, or is likely to be used, in an unauthorized manner.

2. Access to DJane Mag

We will make every effort to ensure that the website remains available and that transmissions are error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Access to the website may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new features or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of such suspensions.

3. Bookings

DJane Mag does not handle, arrange, or manage bookings for DJs. All booking requests will go directly to your profile.

4. Payment Responsibilities

DJane Mag is not responsible for handling payments, non-payments, or collecting payments for DJs.

5. Booking Cancellations

DJs are responsible for canceling any bookings they are unable to fulfill.

6. User-Generated Content

We do not control the information provided by DJs and users on our website. You may encounter content from other members that is offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please exercise caution and common sense when using the website. By using this site, you accept any risks, and DJane Mag is not responsible for any acts or omissions of anyone using this platform.

7. Account Suspension

DJane Mag may suspend or terminate a DJ's account if we suspect fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or falsehoods in connection with the site.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute with one or more DJane Mag members or users, you release DJane Mag (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from any claims, demands, and damages of every kind, known and unknown, arising from such disputes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, we are not responsible for any loss, injury, claim, liability, damage, or consequential damage related to your use of any part of this website. Use is at your own risk.

10. Account Removal

DJane Mag reserves the explicit right, but not the obligation, to suspend or remove any DJ from the DJane Mag website at any time, at our sole discretion. This includes the right to suspend or remove any member for any breach or suspected breach of the terms of this Agreement.

11. User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you publish, display, or communicate in any manner on the website or transmit to other members or clients. You agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party’s rights.

12. Monitoring and Removal of Content

DJane Mag reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted in the public areas of the website. We have the right, but not the obligation, to remove any such material that, in our sole opinion, violates applicable laws or the spirit of this Agreement.

13. Membership Termination

DJane Mag reserves the right to terminate your membership at our discretion without notice.

14. Promotion, Not Guarantee

DJane Mag does not guarantee DJ bookings. We guarantee online promotion that will increase your visibility to bookers globally. It is the DJs' responsibility to optimize their profiles to gain bookings. We offer free advice to any registered DJ upon request.

15. Policy Violations

DJane Mag reserves the right to remove any DJ who breaches any of the above terms.
