Djanemag.com is an online magazine, which has existed since 2013 and dedicated to female DJs with an annual public Poll TOP 100 DJANES. 

The site is gaining popularity around the world and has regional representatives on all continents. 

The magazine contains information about DJanes life, job, interviews, latest music releases and video, information about events and gigs, the best world music festivals and technical innovations in DJs world. 

The word 'DJANE' was chosen and popularized to define a shorter meaning for 'female DJ'. Over time, the word gained greater popularity among female DJs and in the media.

Clubs begin to open back up in Spain

Parts of Spain are starting to return to normal as clubs begin to open in Spanish cities including Madrid, Barcelona, Santander and others.

A plan was drawn up that laid out the rules and plans for all 17 regions of Spain, including the islands.

A health council vote allowed these territories to begin rolling out rules for resuming nightlife - although some strict rules were still put in place to ensure that the Covid-19 virus does not spread and everyone remains safe.

Irish Government announces summer funding for live events

The Irish government has expanded its support for the live events industry by announcing € 25 million funding.

It aims to provide employment and development opportunities in the entertainment sector, which has been severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

The recipients of these funds are both small and large venues, festivals, clubs, concerts, theaters, etc.

Out of all the grants, Aiken Promotions are set to receive the highest one with €581,811 for Vicar St Performances over the summer to support artists, bands, and backroom staff.

New York clubs no longer require Covid-19 vaccine or negative test

New York clubs no longer require Covid-19 vaccine or negative test proof to enter.

These changes were announced on June 15 by the Governor of New York, whose goal is to lift almost all restrictions associated with the pandemic.

The weakening was made possible by the high level of vaccination of the population in this area.

So far, 70% of the New York population aged 18 and over have received at least their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.

Saudi Arabia's top female music producer, DJ Viva, has released a new track on the Myazu Music label, the first record label in Saudi Arabia created by a fine dining establishment.

DJ Viva has been releasing music officially since February 2020,  with her first track Distorted Echo, making her the first female to officially release original music in the Kingdom. She is co-founder of the EntertainmenTen Record Label which she also releases music on.

Tomorrowland 2021 is officially cancelled

The Belgian authorities were forced to cancel the world's largest electronic and dance music festival, Tomorrowland.

For the festival to take place, approximately 75,000 daily visitors will need to be tested for COVID-19 every day of the event. 

The Belgian government has stipulated that private companies cannot conduct testing and the police do not have sufficient resources.

Police said they would not be able to provide security at the festival grounds, but would need to check their IDs and proof of vaccination.
