Terminal V is one of the largest festivals in the techno industry, featuring the genre's most powerful performers.

In five years, the techno festival has grown from 2,000 to about 40,000 people. The event will take place on Halloween, October 30 and 31, and will feature some of the world's most famous DJs.

Nightclubs in Ireland are set to reopen starting from October 22. This date was introduced as part of the Irish government's plan to ease COVID-19 restrictions. Club life should return as one of the final stages.

Opening of establishments depends on the success of vaccination in the country. 90% of people over 16 years old must be fully vaccinated for club restrictions to be lifted.

From Monday, September 6, establishments will be allowed to open 60% for those who are vaccinated and 50% for those who are not vaccinated.

A spokesman for Boris Johnson said the new regulation will enter into force this month.

Plans for this scheme were originally presented in July, giving clubgoers some time to vaccinate.

This month, nightclub owners expressed concern about the lack of information they have received so far on the implementation of the plan.

DJs will get positions in the rankings in accordance to the number of voting points and additional points (the number releases per year, the number of gigs, social media support, etc will be taken into account).

At the moment, only open-air clubs and venues are allowed to work, and this has been done since the beginning of summer, but a new decree will allow dancing indoors.

Nightclubs will require proof of full vaccination or recent recovery from COVID. 

Currently, more than 52% of the German population is fully vaccinated, although the number of cases is still fluctuating and now stands at around 6,000-8,000 per day.

The new decree may come into force this Friday, September 3.
