Storm Music Festival will no longer hit Australia in 2017
Storm Music Festival will no longer take place in Australia later this year, due to problems with production and operations that were caused by “adverse weather conditions” at their flagship event in Shanghai last month. Local authorities abruptly pulled the plug on the Shanghai event last month, after severe thunderstorms and torrential rain caused havoc at the festival site.
Storm was due to take place at Sydney’s Parramatta Park on December 9. They had already announced acts such as Mija, Ghastly, NGHTMRE, Kill Frenzy, and Ephwurd. A revised festival date will be revealed in the coming months.
