Guess who just leaked their spot on a bunch of New Year’s festival line-ups?
The New Year’s festival season is still six months away, but today the first international DJ headed our way has been locked in.
Mau5trap recruit Rezz today announced her ‘Mass Manipulation’ world tour, a huge run of dates that includes five Australian shows over the New Year’s period. Rezz will kick off the Aussie leg of her tour on December 31 in Perth — which almost certainly puts her on the bill for bass fest Origin NYE.
From there, the Canadian talent will hit Brisbane on January 1 and Adelaide on January 4 — as well as playing two more, still-TBC Australian shows. Festivals she could have on the itinerary include Field Day, Lost Paradise and Beyond the Valley.
Rezz’s world tour also includes a December 30 stop in Gisborne, New Zealand — the site of annual Kiwi festival Rhythm & Vines.
Origin NYE are set to announce this year’s bill later today, so there won’t be long to wait until we know for sure whether Rezz is on the bill.
