“Lonely” is Taquirah’s first single.

This single is a dark portal of the characters feelings of the past men in her life.

Taquirah wanted to highlight her dependancy of male approval  showcasing her journey of self love.

Within this video she will be showing very soft, divine,vulnerable ,and balletic movement, while highlight  another female dancer (jess) who is experiencing the same hurt through movement.

These two dancers wanted to highlight their emotions through movement in order to let go of their baggage.

This video is an exploration of self, and the love of self through movement.

Taquirah is a performance artist from Illinois.

She originally started her training  at Joffrey Ballet, and Graduated Uncsa for dance.

Taquirah is focusing on creating performance art pieces and fusing ballet into the hip hop scene.
