A NEW ELECTRONIC MUSIC MUSEUM IS OPENING IN AMSTERDAM

A new electronic music museum, Our House, is opening on Friday, October 29th in Amsterdam.

Our House is "world's first contemporary museum" dedicated to electronic music, will feature six exhibitions and 15 installations, including photo galleries, interactive turntables, documentaries, flyers, drum machines and a final 4D audiovisual experience called "The Culture Ride." 

Artefacts have been contributed by Charlotte de Witte, Carl Cox, Kevin Saunderson, Armin van Buuren and The Frankie Knuckles Foundation.

"Together with more than 150 international artists, promoters, creatives, producers, curators, operators and DJs, we have worked for the last two years on the realisation of the collection," says cofounder Jeroen Jansen.
