horsegiirL Announces Nature Is Healing World Tour

The Berlin based DJ and producer will take her farmcore universe across North America and Europe ahead of her first full length album

horsegiirL is turning one of electronic music’s strangest breakout stories into a full world tour.

The Berlin based DJ, producer and performer has announced the Nature Is Healing Tour, a North American and European run tied to her forthcoming debut album, Nature Is Healing. The record is set to arrive on June 5, with the tour beginning in September and continuing through early December.

According to Pitchfork, the North American leg opens on September 18 in Denver before moving through Los Angeles, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Washington, Toronto, New York and Boston. In November, horsegiirL heads to Europe for shows in Berlin, Paris, Antwerp, Amsterdam and London.

The Los Angeles date at The Forum is listed as supporting Robyn. The New York show at Terminal 5 includes support from Dylan Brady, while Ren G and DJ_Dave appear across selected dates.

A club character built for a bigger stage

At first glance, horsegiirL can look like a viral internet phenomenon. The sharper reading is that the character is the strategy.

Her half horse, half human persona has become inseparable from the music, the visuals and the live experience. It is not just a costume around a DJ project. It is a complete world, built with humor, club intensity, pop instincts and a deliberately surreal relationship with online culture.

That world has made horsegiirL one of the most polarizing and recognizable figures to emerge from the European electronic circuit in recent years. As The Guardian noted in a recent profile, her sound pulls from Eurodance, 90s techno, happy hardcore and gabba, while her rise was accelerated by viral sets at HÖR Berlin and Boiler Room.

The new tour suggests that what once looked like a niche internet cult is now moving into larger rooms, bigger markets and a more ambitious album cycle.

Nature Is Healing expands the myth

On her official website, horsegiirL confirms that Nature Is Healing is coming June 5. The site also highlights the new track earth is turning, extending the album’s nature focused concept before the full release.

Pitchfork previously reported that Nature Is Healing expands horsegiirL’s trance roots into downtempo, electroclash and hyperpop, with collaborators including Casey MQ, A. G. Cook and Luvhunter.

“I want to remind human beings that they are part of nature.”

The statement gives the album a clearer frame. Nature Is Healing is not being presented only as a club record. It is also a conceptual project about burnout, the body, climate anxiety and the strange ways people try to reconnect with the world around them.

That tension is central to horsegiirL’s appeal. She uses absurdity to talk about serious themes without turning the music into a lecture. In the current electronic landscape, where many artists are still pushed toward polished seriousness, horsegiirL’s power is the opposite. She makes the ridiculous feel intentional.

Why this tour matters

The scale of the Nature Is Healing Tour points to a wider shift in electronic music. Audiences are no longer responding only to technical DJ identity or traditional club credibility. They are also following artists who build worlds, speak in their own visual language and create a sense of community around the performance.

horsegiirL sits directly inside that shift. Her project connects club music, character work, internet mythology and pop spectacle without asking permission from older ideas of what a DJ should look like.

For women and boundary pushing artists in electronic music, that matters. It shows that visibility can come not only from fitting into the existing system, but from making the system react to something it did not know how to classify.

Tour dates

The tour begins on September 18 at Reelworks in Denver. It continues through The Forum in Los Angeles, The Eastern in Atlanta, The Fillmore in Philadelphia, Bertha in Washington, History in Toronto, Terminal 5 in New York and Roadrunner in Boston.

The European leg starts on November 25 at Huxleys in Berlin, followed by shows at Elysée Montmartre in Paris, Trix in Antwerp, Melkweg in Amsterdam and O2 Academy Brixton in London.

With Nature Is Healing, horsegiirL is not simply releasing a debut album. She is expanding a universe. This fall, that universe leaves the feed, the meme and the club floor for a global stage
