EU Summit Open Call x Future Female Sounds

Future Female Sounds is a non-profit organization on a mission to make DJing accessible to women&gender minorities globally since 2017 and based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

It is a female-founded and led global community of female, non-binary, and trans DJs and creators. They run local and global DJ Programmes where we arrange DJ workshops, master classes, and network meetings for womxn and gender minorities.

As community facilitators, they work to provide more opportunities for both emerging and established female talent in the electronic music scene. 

The Open Call EU Summit is taking place in Copenhagen from the 9th-11th of June 2021.

Applications are open now for female, gender minority and non-binary DJs based in Europe to apply. 

The organization will be covering return flights to/from Copenhagen, accommodation at the Coco Hotel and meals for successful applicants. 

The summit brings together female and gender minority DJs from all over EU, and aims to boost their talent through networking events, keynote presentations, masterclasses and talks covering topics such as mental health; challenges and solutions to DJs; what we can do to facilitate equality, and much more.
