Coachella to lift covid restrictions

Coachella will be the first major festival to take place without mandatory masks, PCR tests and vaccination certificates.

Although the festival did not announce the innovation on social networks, the organizers write on the website that they have abandoned the covid restrictions. The rules were changed following the abolition of the mask regime in public places in the state of California, where the event will take place. The organizers specify that restrictions can be returned if required by local authorities.

Coachella headliners are Kanye West, Billy Eilish and Harry Styles. The festival will take place on 15-17 and 22-24 April.

Lil Baby, Big Sean, Baby Keem, Megan Thee Stallion, 21 Savage, Doja Cat, Cordae, BadBadNotGood, slowthai, Princess Nokia, Brockhampton, Rich Brian, Isaiah Rashad, 100 gecs, Freddie Gibbs & Madlib, Run will also perform in Coachella Valley. the Jewels, Ari Lennox, JID, Jessie Reyez, Denzel Curry, Vince Staples, Belly, Dave, Maxo Kream, Channel Tres, Griselda, and the recently reunited Swedish House Mafia.
