BERGHAIN ANNOUNCES ALL-WOMEN PARTY TO CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

The event is named FC GRRRLS UNITED according to Resident Advisor, a play on their regular men-only club night called FC SNAX United and encourages party-goers to come wearing sportswear

Berghain is hosting an all-women party on Tuesday, March 7th—the night before International Women's Day. The Berlin club will open two lesser-used spaces for the event, hosting Paramida, Roza Terenzi, Sofia Kourtesis and Virginia in Lab.Oratory, and Cuntroaches (who will play live), Flexible Heart and Ziúr (who will also play live) in Säule.]

The title of the party, FC GRRRLS UNITED, is a riff on the club's regular male-only FC SNAX United night, which encourages sportswear. It's unclear if entry to the March 7th event will be for women only. International Women's Day is a public holiday in Berlin.

Other highlights in March include Honey Dijon's Jack Your Body night on the 3rd (Carista, Kikelomo), Fever AM on the 10th (Mor Elian, Pariah) and a two-floor collaboration with New York festival dweller on the 31st (Dreamcrusher, Juliana Huxtable, Stacey Hotwaxx Hale).
